1. General Refund Terms
  • · Refunds apply only to subscription servicesand are subject to the conditions outlined below.
  • · All refund requests must be submitted via Surechain’s official channels (account portal or support team).
2. Eligibility for Refunds
  • · Full Refund:
    • o If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • · Prorated Refund:
    • o If you cancel after 7 days, refunds (if applicable) will be calculated on a prorated basis, deducting charges for the days you actively used the service.
    • o Example: If you cancel 15 days into a 30-day subscription, you’ll be refunded 50% of the unused portion.
  • · No Refund:
    • o Partial billing periods after cancellation (e.g., mid-cycle cancellations where the next billing date hasn’t been reached).
    • o Non-refundable plans (e.g., promotional, discounted, or custom subscriptions marked as "final sale" at purchase).
    • o Accounts terminated due to violations of Terms of Service (e.g., fraud, abuse, or policy breaches).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
  • · Free trials or complimentary subscriptions(unless otherwise stated).
  • · Third-party fees (e.g., payment processing charges).
  • · Services explicitly labeled "non-refundable" during checkout.
4. Refund Processing
  • · Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • · You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated. Delays may occur due to banking processes.
